3. Fresh fish carpaccio delivered directly from the fishing port of Sukumo, Kochi Prefecture!

4. Pate de campagne, daily meat appetizer, and today's quiche platter

5. Steamed clams and mussels in white wine

6. Grilled beef sirloin ~ served with homemade garlic ponzu sauce ~
